Lyptus Name Tags:
We started working with Lyptus in November 2008. Lyptus is an interesting wood...from the Eucalyptus family as you might guess. The grain is bold...not fine. The wood is hard. It's the color that I really like...Lyptus color is what I wish that Cherry would be...but isn't. Lytpus is streaked with reds and/or pinks and/or purples...a very colorful wood.
Lyptus will make a good name tag as long as extreme detail is not being called for. If you are looking for high detail consider Cherry instead.
