2010 CUSTOM WOODEN NAME TAG PRICES
note: there has been no price increase since 2006
Custom Wooden Name Tags are typically priced as follows:
- $10.00: 1 name tag.
- $7.45 each: 2+ name tags, same template, different names.
- $6.75 each: 2+ name tags that are laser engraved identically (different fasteners are fine)
- $6.45 each: when order quantity exceeds 100 name tags.
- Shipping and Handling per order: $8.25 (USPS Priority Mail, US addresses).
- Graphic Design fee: For the initial order only at $40.00 per hour in 1/4 hour increments. Rarely does the Graphic Design fee exceed 45 minutes. It is usually 1/2 hour.
- All woods are the same price.
- Color Fill or Reflective Color Trim adds at least $3 per name tag.
- Most of our Fasteners are included in the base price.
Examples:
Customer A places an initial order for 1 name tag:
- 1 Name Tag: $10
- One Time Graphic fee: 1/2 hour, $20.
- S/H: $8.25
- Total: $38.25
- Average delivered cost each: $38.25
Customer B places an initial order for 15 name tags:
- 15 Name Tags @ $7.45: $111.75
- One Time Graphic fee: 1/2 hour, $20
- S/H: $8.25
- Total: $140.00
- Average delivered cost each: $9.33
Customer C places a re-order for one name tag:
- 1 Name Tag @ $10 each: $10
- S/H: $8.25
- Total: $18.25
- Average delivered cost each: $18.25 each
Customer D places a re-order for 15 name tags:
- 15 Name Tags @ $7.45 each: $111.75
- S/H: $8.25
- Total: $120.00
- Average delivered cost each: $8.00 each.
Customer E places a re-order for 4 name tags with color fill:
- 4 Name Tags @ $7.45 each: $29.80
- 4 color fill @ $3: $12
- S/H: $8.25
- Total: $50.05
- Average delivered cost each: $12.51
Customer F places an initial order for 110 name tags:
- 110 Name Tags @ $6.45 each: $709.50
- Graphic Fee: waived.
- S/H: $8.25
- Total: $717.75
- Average delivered cost each: $6.52 each
When shipping to other countries or when using different methods of shipping:
- Handling: $3.00 per shipment
- Shipping: Our actual cost.
And of course there must be a disclaimer to all of this: We seek Win/Win relationships. We will bend over backwards to do a great job for our clients. If something extraordinary is asked for we reserve the right to increase our prices.
