Wooden Name Tags

A:  We use a laser engraver to carve these name tags.  The laser engraver emits light that is focused into a very strong beam that actually consumes the wood.  We engrave at 1,200 dpi.  1,200 dpi provides a tremendous amount of wonderful detail.   Following the laser engraving process, there is a lot of hand cleaning  and hand finishing done to make the name tag as perfect as possible.
